Kick off 2026 feeling confident and safe! Brixton Self Defence helps students of all levels build practical skills, awareness, and confidence through real-world techniques, mindfulness, and supportive training.
As 2025 comes to a close, we want to celebrate our amazing Brixton Self-Defence community. This year, our students have grown in confidence, fitness, and skill - from beginners learning the basics to regulars refining practical techniques and mindset. One student put it perfectly:

Training twice a week has helped many students improve strength and fitness while developing the awareness and practical skills that make a well-rounded self-defence student. Another student shared:
