A practical one-off session introducing core self-defence strategies: awareness, boundary setting and physical responses. Ideal as a standalone or team-building session.

Workshop Self-Defence for Women: Confidence & Safety

Empowering, practical workshops for women combining boundary setting, personal safety strategies, and effective physical self-defence techniques. Includes guidance on addressing VAWG. Ideal for DEI programs and teams investing in women’s safety and confidence.

Format: 60-90 minutes | Women-only | Up to 20 participants

Self Resilience & Safety: 3-part Self-Defence Series                                                                          

A progressive program building practical self-defence skills and personal safety awareness within UK law. This series builds confidence, awareness, and effective response strategies when it counts.
Format: 3 x 60 minute sessions | Women or mixed gender | Up to 20 participants
