Brixton Self defence is always open to beginners, there is no experience needed to attend any of our self defence classes. Our self defence classes are perfect for anyone looking to feel safer, stronger, and more confident. Our goal is to help you develop self defence knowledge which can enable you to feel more confident and great a safe, friendly and supportive environment where you can develop your self defence repertoire.
How to Get Started
Our classes are held on Wednesday evenings at Ferndale Community Sports Centre.
To book your first class, simply reach out via our contact form or call us directly. Please bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle.
During your first class you will be introduced to some of the basic principles of self defence and get a feel for the physical techniques. Coach Kitty will guide you through every step of the class!
